  I have worked with a number of real estate agents in the past and I have to say that Tony Wood was above and by far the most knowledgeable, most professional, best communicator and also someone who paid the most attention to detail out of any realtor I have ever met. I am sure attorney clients are no easy task, as we are very detail orientated. However, Tony was not only up to the challenge he provided significant value to every part of the transaction with his knowledge of contracts, the marketplace and his never-ending resources.   We enjoyed working together on what was probably one of his more complex transactions, as it involved many stakeholders including Owners (seller had loans totaling more than the property was worth), bank (stuck with a loan that was “underwater”), City (had initiated a redevelopment loan with previous owner), County (required county approval) and State (became the actual owner of the redevelopment loan when RDA’s were deemed illegal by the previous governor). I’m sure there’s more I’m forgetting.
