Meet Tony Wood
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Tony Wood, SIOR is a senior commercial real estate advisor with more than 30 years of experience in sales, leasing, valuation, asset management and complex dispositions. His work spans Sacramento, Silicon Valley and markets throughout Northern California, supported by transaction experience across California and the western United States.
He combines seasoned judgment with an unusually personal approach to service: listening carefully, explaining difficult issues clearly, remaining accessible and building trust among people who may enter a transaction with very different interests. This ability to establish rapport in a transaction-driven business has produced long-standing relationships with owners, families, attorneys, bankers and asset managers.
SPECIALIZED ASSIGNMENTS
Estates and Trusts. Represents estates, trusts, trustees, executors and families in close cooperation with estate, probate and trust attorneys. He evaluates commercial property, clarifies alternatives and develops an executable strategy for sale, leasing, stabilization, valuation or disposition while protecting confidentiality and value.
Expert Witness. Has regularly testified in commercial real estate matters and accepts expert-witness engagements selectively—focusing on cases where his professional analysis supports a position he can explain, substantiate and advocate with conviction.
